Our Guarantees

We consider our 3 cats as integral members of our family, and your four-legged companions will receive all the attention and care we can provide. Here, there are no small cages or timed outings. Whenever possible, your pet will have access to our entire home, continuous supervision, and a dedicated space.

The First Few Hours

We place your pet in its dedicated room. Cats are creatures of habit, and a new environment can be stressful. So, we take it at their pace. Usually, after a few hours (sometimes several days for highly stressed cats, or just a few minutes for the adventurous ones), the cat will ask to come out, and we begin introducing them to the other cats in the house, one at a time. My office is also in this room, which helps them get used to human presence. Once comfortable, your cat will have access to the inside of the house (usually by the first evening).

The First Night

They will generally stay in their room with the door closed. This ensures they eat, drink, and use the litter box properly (often, they’ll ask for pets the first morning, sometimes only after a few days). Once we’re confident the cat is well-acclimated, the door will usually stay open.

A Typical Day

This depends on your cat, but mornings often start with feeding, during which we check the litter boxes and food bowls, and we send you the first updates. Most cats are active at this time, so we play with them or they settle near a window. Around midday and early afternoon, cats tend to be less active. In the evening, they start exploring and playing again. Later, we feed them a second time (our cats have food available at all times, but we adapt for cats that are big eaters).

Updates

We’ll send you updates and photos multiple times a day, via your preferred communication method (email, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.).

Outdoor Access

Our home is not your cat’s territory. To avoid any risks, we cannot allow outdoor access. However, our house has a terrace and a secure, enclosed outdoor area. Depending on your wishes and under our constant supervision, these areas can be made accessible.
